SHIPPING POLICY
 

FREE Standard Shipping on Continental U.S. Orders $50+

 

Most orders are shipped within 24 HOURS on business days.

Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies.

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping time is based on business days (including expedited shipping services).

The cut-off time for all expedited shipping services (including overnight and 2-3 day express) is 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM PST that ship overnight or express may not be processed the same day.

 

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive one.

 

Some packages may require a signature. There is a slight chance that your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. Frocks and Soles is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions. Delivery time for Economy and Standard shipping are estimates only. 

 

 

 

CANADA / INTERNATIONAL

Shipping method for Canada & international orders is through USPS Priority Mail International which takes approx. 7 to 14 business days, this is only an estimate. Customers are responsible for all custom duties/taxes.

 

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY
 
Frocks & Soles wants you to Love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We have a 30 day unconditional return policy. If you have any questions, please email us @frocksandsoles@gmail.com
 
  • Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition, within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please include the reason for the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We recommend you to ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.

 

Final Sale items

 

  • Items with a price of $10 or less are Final Sale.
  • All Gift cards, Halloween Costumes, Lingerie, and Intimates are Final Sale.
